Our dear guests!
We will be very pleased to welcome you to our home. Since you have chosen us, you are certainly familiar with our offer. But since you are coming to us for the first time, we would like to present you with a few rules and customs that prevail here.
First of all, we would like you to know that “Pod Jaworem” is our Place on Earth. Our 5-person family lives here. We occupy a house that is located directly next to the agritourism building. This house is separate and has a private character.
Our animals
Apart from us, a small dog (Foka) and two cats (Wyzia and Marlenka) live here permanently. The dog runs wherever he likes, but although he loves walks, please do not take him with you. And cats, as cats do, walk and sleep wherever they like. We also have our own apiary nearby. We ask people with various allergies to take this information into account.
Arrival with a dog
Those who come to us with dogs should know that we live practically in the forest. That is why, considering other guests, we ask that dogs always be on a leash. It is good to have a muzzle just in case. It is mandatory to have a bed for your pet and cloths to wipe their paws in case of bad weather. Very important: we absolutely do not agree to dogs sleeping in beds with their owners. We also do not agree to leaving and locking dogs alone in rooms during walks, skiing, etc.
Getting there
You will be in a beautiful place. Unique and with a view. Really in the mountains - "at heights". Unfortunately, this means a slightly more difficult arrival. Therefore, we ask you to read the directions carefully. It is best to come to us during the day. After dark, it is easier to get lost and everything is more difficult. Remember that there is no street lighting here. It is good to have working flashlights with you. But do not worry - it is only difficult the first time, then it is easy!
Kitchen
In the summer we serve breakfast. In the winter (winter holidays) breakfast and dinner. We set meal times on the first day and stick to them until the end of the stay. If someone has a special diet, please let us know in advance (at least 3 days before arrival). We are able to prepare meals that take into account vegetarianism, veganism, celiac disease, etc., but we need time to prepare properly.
Important: we do not provide a kitchen. We also do not heat meals you bring in the kitchen. At your disposal is a bar equipped with basic tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc.), a mini fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave. You can borrow a grill (you must have your own briquettes). There is also a place for a bonfire with a tripod for roasting sausages. You can use it after informing us and collecting brushwood in the forest.
Parties
There is a dining room in the house, which is a place for spending time together, playing board games (there are quite a few of them), sometimes - for small sit-down parties or parties. We have no problem with the latter (after all, we sleep in the house next door;). Of course, there are certain conditions: that we are forewarned that you have rented the entire house for your group, that there are no other guests who, for example, want to sleep or have small children. And of course, on condition that it will be cultured.
If there are other guests in the house - we usually have quiet hours from 10 p.m.
There is a fireplace in the dining room - it is quite specific and therefore, if necessary, only we operate it.
In addition, you should bring slippers (we have nice soft carpeting in the rooms), flashlights, shoes suitable for mountain conditions, clothes, mosquito and tick repellents (mainly for the latter). Towels are provided (one per person - 50x90cm). During the epidemic, we ask you to remove your bedding on the last day of your stay and place it in the bags we provide.
Check-in and check-out times
We usually accept guests from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; we say goodbye from morning to 12 p.m.
If you want to arrive after 8 p.m., please let us know, we will give you precise instructions on which room you should stay in, we will leave the light on and the door open. We do not have a reception, nor do we employ receptionists, so after 8 p.m. we ask you to check into your designated room on your own. We do not answer phone calls after 8 p.m. either.
If you want to check out later or check in earlier, ask about this possibility. If it does not clash with the departure or arrival of other guests, it will probably be possible:)

And that's more or less it. Remember that we are flexible. If any of the above does not suit you, let us know - we will try to find a solution that satisfies you and us.
Please forward this message to the other participants of the trip.
Best regards and we look forward to seeing you,
Iga and Maciek
